That's what I am calling it anyway...as most buyers are sitting and watching for now. And who can blame them. 
After talking with many Airdrie and Calgary realtors the overall view is that much of the speculator held property has been sold and we appear to be slowly moving into a more balanced market. January has seen a decent increase in listing numbers but the sales are not keeping pace. People are still nervous about the economy and job security.
I am optimistic that things will smooth out and confidence will recover this year. The sooner the better!
